Kaju butter gravy

Ingredients:

Kaju – 1 ½ cups
Tomatoes – 5-6 (for puree)
Onions- 3 (Chopped)
Ginger – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – (1-2)
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Degi mirch – ½ tsp
Tej patta – 1-2
Sugar – ¼ tsp
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Corridnder Leaves
Water as required

Method:

Heat I tsp ghee and roast 1 cup cashews in it till they income light golden..Now for gravy, take a pan and add ghee to it. Add Tejpatta in ghee, Add ginger paste and sauté it, Add chopped onions till transcultural.add tomatoes and simmer it till the tomatoes soften ..mean while take ½ cup cashews in a grinder and make a fine paste by adding little water to it .mean while the tomatoes have softened blend these tomotoes to a smooth paste and Add degi mirch to it. Add cashew paste and stir well till you get a nice aroma.Add tomoto puree and stirwell Add roasted cashews and salt & slit green chillies to it garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
