Ingredients:

Fish fillets (Basa)-1kg
Maggicube – 1
Mushroom soup-1pkt
Butter – 4 tsp
Garlic – 8 cloves (Crushed)
Worcestershire sauce – 1tsp
Potato chips – 1pkt

Method:

Prepare the mushroom soup according to the instructions but reduce the quantity of water to make it like a thick sauce.Add 1 maggi cube to it, mix well. Fry garlic and onion in butter for 2 minutes, add Worcestershire souse and salt to it .mix it with mushroom soup. Grease a baking dish, spread fillet in it . pour thick soup over it. Spread crushed potato chips over it. Bake at 180C for 30 mins.
