Crispy rice balls

Ingredients:

Rice flour – ½ cup
Cooked rice – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Green Chillie paste – 1 tsp
Onion – ¼ cup (chopped)
Carrot – ½ cup (grated)

Method:

Combine all ingredients in ¼ cup of water in a bowl and mix well till mixture binds well. Divide the mixture into equal portions and make small balls. Heat oil in a non stick pan and deep fry few balls at a time till they turn golden brown. Drain on an absorbent paper. Serve immediately.
