Method:
roast oats until light brown. Add green chillies ginger garlic paste, salt, pepper, carrots, potatoes cumin powder, chat masala and maida to it. Mix everything well to form a smooth dough. divide the dough into 12-14 portions and shape as you desire. use air fryer to fry these nuggets and serve hot.
* you can add crushed peanuts also for extra crunch.
