Ingredients:

Urad dal- 1 cup
Channa dal -6 tbsp
Red chillies – 10
Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp
Curry leaves – few
Hing – 1/2tsp
Garlic – 6 to 8 cloves
Salt – as required

Method:

roast urad dal and Chana dal. Roast curry leaves and red chillies separately.heat oil . Add hing , sesame seeds and garlic to it . Sauté little. Add all dry ingredients. Add salt as per taste. Let it cool for sometime. Grind it to a little coarse mixture. Serve it with ghee n enjoy your Idlis.
