Ingredients:

Gulkand-3tbsp
Rice-5tbsp
Milk-2 1/2 cups
Sugar-1/4cup
Roohafza-4tbsp
Chopped almonds-2tsp

Method:

Soak rice for half an hour.Then coarsely grind it in a jar.Heat milk in a pan and add rice to it. Cook it stirring continuously untill the mixture thickens. Add sugar and gulkand and mix well.Add roohafza to it . Garnish with almonds . Serve hot or chilled.
