Ingredients:

prawns-250gms
Onion-2medium
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Black pepper-1tsp
Red chilli powder-1tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2tsp
Corriander powder-2tsp
Coconut-2tbsp grated

Method:

Marinate prawns with turmeric and keep aside for 10 mins. Grind onions,ginger garlic paste and curry leaves to thick paste. Add red chilli powder, corriander powder,salt n turmeric to prawns n keep aside for 30 mins.Heat oil . Add curry leaves n coconut . Fry for a minute.Add prawns along with masala and cook till that raw smell goes. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
