Ingredients:

Beetroot s-4nos
Soyachunks-2cups
Green chilli-2
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Salt
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Dry mango powder-1/2tsp
Cumin powder-1tsp
Garam masala powder-1tsp
Corriander leaves-2-3tbsp
Bread-2pieces

Method:

Soak soya chunks in hot water for 5-10 mins.squeeze them well and make a paste using blender. Peel & wash beets nicely. Cut into pieces and make a thick paste using blender.mix this paste with soya . Crumble bread pieces and add to this mixture . Now add rest of the ingredients also. Mix well to make a smooth mixture. Shape as you desire . Deep fry it and serve with chutney of your choice.
