Method:
Marinate chicken with ggpaste, salt , red chilli powder and turmeric powder and keep it for 15-20 mins. Heat butter in a kadahi . Sauté chicken in it. Add green chillies and add to it. Cover it and let it cook for some time . Keep stirring in between . Add fresh tomato purée to it again stir it and let it simmer for some time. Now take coal and heat it on gas stove for sometime . Put it in a steel bowl and keep it in the chicken . Now pour some ghee over coal and cover the lid. Let the smoke settle down for some time. In the end add kasoori methi and sprinkle some lime juice. Have it with roti or parantha.
