Method:
Heat butter in a pan; mix egg with coriander leaves, salt and pepper.Add it in to the pan and make omelette. keep it aside.Heat a pan with oil and splutter cumin seeds.Add onions thinly chopped and sauté until golden brown in color.Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a minute.Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala powder and salt.Add chicken pieces in to it.Mix well and cover cooks it for about 15.(stir occasionallyAdd tomato puree in to and cook for another 10 minutes.Add kasoori methi and fresh cream; mix well.Add in to serving bowl and sprinkle coriander leaves and spread omelette over it. Serve hot with the choice of your roti.
