Ingredients:

Sesame seeds – 250 gms
Khoya – 500 gms
Sugar – 500gms (powdered)
Dry fruits – kishmish and almonds (optional)

Method:

1. Take a pan and dry roast sesame seeds on medium flame until they turn golden .
2. Take another pan and add khoya to it and roast it on medium flame. Roast it for 5 minutes
3. Now, grind sesame seeds to coarse powder.
4. Take another pan. Add sesame seeds. Add sugar to it. Add raisins and crushed almonds to it. Add khoya to it. Mix well. It will take shape of a ball.
5. Now, give it desires shape. Garnish with almonds on top and enjoy warmth of winters. winters.
