Grilled Tomatoes

Ingredients:

Slightly yellow tomatoes -5 (cut into halves )
Parsley – 1 1/2 tbsp
Oregano – 2 tbsp
Thyme – 2 tbsp
Garlic – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Olive oil – 4 tbsp
Salt and pepper

Method:

Cut tomatoes into halves and sprinkle salt and pepper on it, place it on a paper towel for 30 mins to drain. Preheat oven at 180C. Spray cooking oil on your baking tin and arrange tomatoes cut side up. In a small bowl combine herbs and garlic and add pepper and spread this over tomatoes. Drizzle some oil. Bake it for 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and serve hot.
* you can use grill pan also instead of oven*
