Method:
Cut chicken into thin stripes horizontally. Add one egg and 1 tsp cornflour and salt and white pepper powder.you may add 2tsp chilli sauce also.
. Mix it well and deep fry it till it’s golden brown.
Now in a separate wok add Kashmiri chillies. Add garlic to oil, sauté well. Add diced onions and capsicum(optional) to it. Sauté for a
minute. Add 1 tsp red chilli paste to it.
Add2tsp if tomato ketchup n again sauté on high flame for some time.
Add 1/2 tsp cornflour in little water and add to it so that the whole masala covers th chicken well .sprinkle green onions for garnishing.enjoy this spicy chicken snack.
