A fusion INDO Chinese recipe
Mix chicken with egg , corn flour , salt and pepper in a separate oil . Fry it on medium heat. Make sure that chicken cooks completely while frying. Drain it and keep aside . now in a separate wok add sesame oil . Sauté garlic in it add onion and sauté for a min. Add peppers to it and let it cook for a min . Add salt ,white pepper powder and red chilli paste ,schezwan sauce. Mix chicken well. Add3-4 tbsp water to it and serve hot with rice or as appetiser.
