Mirchi paneer

Ingredients:

Paneer-100gms
Green chillies-5
Cheese-1/2cup
Palak purée-1/2cup
Ginger garlic-2tsp(finely chopped)
Corriander leaves-handful
Bread crumbs-1cup
Green chilli sauce-2tsp
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying

A fiery blast with a soft Center

 

Method:

Slice paneer into desired shape(rectangle,square,leaf).now wash and pat dry green chillies.slit them lengthwise leaving the edges intact. Adjust paneer strips into slits as shown in the pic.
In a separate bowl ,mix grated cheese , Palak paste ,salt and pepper and green chilli sauce.mix it well.

Add paneer to this mixture . Spread breadcrumbs on a separate plate. Wrap these slices nicely with breadcrumbs. Press with palms to retain the shape. Fry on medium heat. Serve hot .
