A popular vegetarian snack

Ingredients:

Curd-1/2kg
Roasted Chana powder-200gm
Breadcrumbs-100gm
Cornflour-30gm
Green chilli. Paste-2tsp
Corriander leaves-handful
Jeera powder-1tsp
Corriander powder-1tsp
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying

Method:

Hung curd in a Muslin cloth till water drains out. Out of 1/2kg curd..you ‘ll get approximately 300gm of curd. Add All the ingredients into it and mix well.

Add almost 3-4tbsp of breadcrumbs to the mixture and keep the rest for frying. Keep it in refrigerator for 1/2an hour. Make round tikis . Wrap them into breadcrumbs and fry on medium heat till golden.
