Ingredients

Flour - 2 1/2 cups
Butter - 80 gms
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Onion sliced - 1
Mushroom - 10-12(sliced)
Carrot - 2 (cubed)
Peas - 1/2 cup (boiled)
Cream - 1/2 cups
Processed cheese - 1 cup
Egg - 1

Method

Grease a pie dish. In a separate bowl, add frozen butter to the flour and rub lightly with your fingers. Use chilled water to make a dough. Cover it with a cling film and keep in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius . Take out the dough from fridge and roll it into a dish slightly bigger than your pie dish. Place it on your pie dish , make sure it fits into sides nicely. Trim the excess dough. Prick all over the sheet with a fork and let it bake for atleast 10 minutes. Now, In a seperate pan, prepare a filling of all the vegggies and sauté them nicely. Let it cool down. Add beaten egg , cream , cheese , salt and pepper to it. Add this mix to quiche crust and blind bake it at 180 degree Celsius till done. Generally it will take 30-35 minutes. Remove from over and cut into wedges and serve.
