Ingredients

Chicken keema - 1/2 kg
Egg - 1 (beaten)
Bread crumbs - 3/4 cups
Chopped onions - 1/2 cups
Garlic - 1 tsp(chopped)
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp
Paprika - 1 tsp
Salt and pepper
Topping :
BBQ sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp

Method

1. Preheat oven to 180 degree C
2. In a large bowl, knead keema , onion , bread crumbs , egg with a little milk. Add salt , pepper, paprika and Worcestershire sauce to it.
3. Grease loaf dish and set the mixture in it. Cook it for almost 45-50 minutes.
4. Now , make glaze by mixing ketchup sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Brush it over the loaf.

*check by inserting a tooth pick if the loaf is done or extend the time by another 15 mins

*let it cool down and take it out of the dish once it cools down.
