chicken fingers

Ingredients

Chicken-300gms
Egg-2
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Baking soda-1/4tsp
Black pepper-1/2tsp
Cornflour-2tsp
Salt -as per taste
Bread crumbs-1cup
oil for frying

Method

Cut chicken into shape of fingers.Add crushed black pepper, salt,ginger garlic paste to it.
Mix well and keep aside for 10 mins.
Mix maida , cornflour ,egg and baking soda in a bowl
.Dip chicken fingers into this mixture and coat with bread crumbs.
Deep fry on medium heat untill golden brown.
Serve hot with tartare sauce.
