Ingredients

Onions-2(large)
Flour-1/2 cup
Cornstarch-1/4cup
Club soda-1cup
Bread crumbs-1cup
Salt & Pepper
Oil for frying

Method

In a medium bowl, add all ingredients and mix well to pouring consistency.
Keep it in fridge and cut onions into rings.
Spread bread crumbs in a plate for dippung.
Coat onion rings into the batter and dip in the bread crumbs.
Fry untill golden brown and drain on a rack.
Serve hot.
