Ingredients

Khoya - 250gms
Rawa - 50 gms
Maida - 100gms
Sugar- 1kg
Saffron - a pinch
Milk - 50 ml
Paneer - 50 gms(optional)

Method

1.Mix khoya,rawa and maida together
2.Knead well without water,you can add a little milk if required.
3.Keep it aside for 10 mins.
4.Make round balls evenly. Make sure there are no cracks in your balls.
5.Heat oil in a kadhai, once hot add the gulab jamuns and fry it on a slow flame till golden brown.
6.Take sugar in a pan,add milk,water and boil it to a thick consistency.
7.Milk gets the impurities on the surface and should be removed.
8.Once the sugar syrup has thickened,add a bit of saffron to it.
9.Add the gulab jamuns to the sugar syrup.
9.Strain and serve hot.
