Mushroom Tikka

Ingredients

Button Mushrooms-250gms
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Ajwain -1/2tsp
Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Besan-2tsp
oil-1tsp
Salt
Chaat masala
mint leaves powder-1tsp
Lemon juice-Afew drops

Method

Rinse and dry the mushrooms well. Trim the stalks carefully .Add all spices along with gramflour and oil and mix well. Marinate mushrooms in it for atleast half an hour. Preheat oven to 200c.
Set mushrooms on skewers. Keep little distance between pieces .Bake for 25-30 mins.Keep adding oil in between . Turn the skewers after 15 mins. Sprinkle some chaat masala and lime juice once ready . Serve hot with mint chutney.
