Mirchi parantha

Ingredients

• Wheat Flour-1 Cup
• Salt to Taste
• Carom Seeds-1 Tsp
• Red chilli flakes-3tbsp
• Green Chilies-1/2 Cup (Finely Chopped)
• Oil For Cooking
• Flour for Dusting
• Water for Kneading

Method

Combine flour, salt, and little oil in a deep bowl and knead a soft dough using enough water and keep aside. Take a small portion of dough. Roll a portion into circle and place small portion of chilli stuffing in center. Cut ¼ portion of the circle and fold it in a cone shape. Invert all layers backwards and flatten it for lachcha layers. Dust some flour and roll it again. Heat a tawa on medium flame and cook the paratha till is done from one side.Flip it again and let the other side also cook properly.Brush oil nicely from one side and make it slightly crisp. Serve hot with Dal and Pickle.

**for Lal mirchi parantha also .Follow the same procedure but instead of green chillies ,add red chilli flakes
