Take a pan and add dark chocolate n milk chocolate in it. Melt the chocolates in a double boiler. Once it melts down to pouring consistency, turn off the gas. Take it out in a deep bowl. Now with the help of a fork, dip golgappas in this mixture one by one. Take it out and keep it on foil paper and let it stay for sometime. After 10 minutes you will find a hard coating of chocolate on it. Your chocolate golgappas are ready. While serving, put one teaspoon of chopped fruits in it. Add some cream and serve with liquor of your choice or with paan shots. Your chocolicious puchkas are read to rock your party.
