The color will change to light brown. Reduce flame and add khoya and sugar to it. Mix very well. Mix well and make even size balls of it. These balls can be a little loose but it will become firm after some time. You can only make balls when the mixture is hot, otherwise sprinkle a little milk on it and make laddoos. You can have it anytime of the day to satisfy your hunger pangs.
