Creamy tomatino chicken sizzler

Ingredients:

Chicken-300gms(boneless)
Tomatoes-6large
Garlic-6 pods
Butter-100gms
Grated cheese-1/2cup
Rice -2cups
Mixed herbs-1 tsp +1tsp for rice
Cabbage leaves-3-4
Salt & pepper
Sizzler plate

Method:

Take a saucepan & melt butter in it. Cut chicken in 1″ cubes and sauté well. Cover it for sometime and let it cook .Add salt and pepper as per your taste.
Now take 6 large tomatoes in a pan and fill it half with water. Let it boil untill the skin starts peeling . Let it cool down for sometime. Remove the skin and make a purée of these tomatoes. Keep it aside. Now take another pan , melt butter in it and sauté garlic in it untill brown. Add tomato purée to it. Keep stirring for a min . Bring it to boil. Reduce heat and simmer it for 5-7 mins. Add chicken pieces to it. Let it stay for 2 mins n add cheese to it. Stir to combine well.
Now, for herbed rice .. take two cups of cooked rice. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add 1tsp of mixed herbs to it. Stir in rice n nix well.
Now to serve sizzler,heat a sizzler plate for 5-7 mins on high flame . Put butter in the centre . Place cabbage leaves on it. Place herbed rice and chicken on it. Serve it with sauté vegetables. In the end combine oil with 2tsp of water and sprinkle over the plate for sizzling effect. Serve immediately.
