Tricolour Dosa

Ingredients:

Tomato Dosa ,Plain Dosa,Spinach Dosa

Dosa batter – 2 1/2 cups
Green chillies – 2
Ginger – 1 inch
Spinach – 1 bundle
Tomatoes – 2(medium size)
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp (roasted )
Salt as per taste

Method:

Grind roasted Jeera, tomatoes , ginger , green chillies to a fine paste . Mix this with dosa batter nicely. Add salt.Our tomato dosa batter is ready . Keep it aside . Now wash and chop spinach leaves nicely . Add green chilli, salt , ginger to it. Keep it on low flame and make a purée of it . Mix this purée also in dosa batter and keep it aside . Now heat iron gridle. Put little oil and rub it with an onion to prevent the dosa from sticking to it. Put one ladder full of tomato mix in the centre and spread it thinly in circular motion. Drizzle little oil on it. Once it is done flip it and cook from the other side too. Make other spinach dosa and plain dosa also in the same way .
