Chicken Triangles

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup flour ( maida )
Water as required
1/2 tbsp dry active yeast
A pinch of sugar
2 tbsp oil
Salt a pinch

Stuffing:

Onion- 1 (large) (finely chopped )
Bell pepper – 1 (chopped )
Mixed herbs – 1 tsp
Chicken-200gms(boiled and shredded )
Cheese – 70 gms
Salt and pepper as required
1 egg -(for brushing )

Method:

Warm 1/2cup of water, mix sugar in it until It dissolves . Sprinkle yeast in it and keep aside for 10 mins. Now after 10 mins knead the flour using this water. Make a tight dough . Add a little salt also . Now cover it with cellophane sheet and keep at a warm place for 2-3 hours . You will find the dough will be almost double in its size. Grease your hands a little and punch it and again keep it for some time. By that time , heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onions , bell pepper and chicken in it and cook for some time . Add 1 tsp mixed herbs and salt and pepper to it . Stir well and once it cools down add cheese to it. Now preheat oven at 200 degrees celcius. Take two balls of dough and roll it into round discs of 4-5 inch diameter each . Take one disc and place chicken filling in it. Cover it with other disc. Now cut all the round sides and make a square shape of it. Take a fork and seal all edges with it. Brush with egg. Bake it in over for 15-20 mins . Once done cut in the shape of Triangles and serve.
