Ingredients:

Paneer-400gm
Mint leaves-1/4cup
Coriander-1/4cup
Garlic-3cloves
Lime juice-2tsp
Salt
Cumin powder-1tsp
Red chili powder-1/4tsp
Rawa-1/4cup
Oil

Method:

Vegetarian Delight

Grind together mint leaves, coriander leaves,cumin powder, red chilli powder,garlic,salt and make a paste.now cut paneer in square pieces or rectangular bars as you wish and apply this paste on both the sides.sprinkle rawa on both the sides. This will help the paste to stick also and will give crunchy flavours too.heat a grill pan . Drizzle oil on it.cook paneer steaks nicely from both the sides. Serve hot immediately with sauté vegetables.
