Chicken in wine sauce

Ingredients:

Chicken shredded – 300 gms
Red wine – 1 cup
Salt – to taste
Garlic clouds – 3-4 (finally chopped)
Olive oil – 2 tbsp
Paprika powder – 1 tbsp
Brown sugar – ¼ cup

Method:

Pour red wine in a pan and reduce on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add oil and garlic until brown. Sauté chicken, add salt & black pepper. Keep it aside Add brown sugar to wine and cook it sugar until sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens. Transfer chicken on a serving plate with herbed rice and drizzle with red wine reduction sauce.plate with herbed rice and drizzle with red wine reduction sauce.
