Method:
Pour red wine in a pan and reduce on medium heat for 5-7 min. Add oil and garlic until brown. Sauté chicken, add salt & black pepper. Keep it aside Add brown sugar to wine and cook it sugar until sugar dissolves and the sauce thickens.
