Soak sabudana for 4-6hours or overnight .then drain the water in a colander and keep aside. Grind peanuts coarsely. Take a deep bowl and mix all the ingredients well i it. Now take a ball size portion in your hands and slightly press between your palms. You can Make almost 14-15 tikkis with this mixture. Now heat the oil for frying and fry it on a low medium heat until done. Serve hot with corriander chutney.
