* 1-1/4 cups Maida
* 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
* 1 pinch Salt
* 1/2cupKhoya
* 6 tablespoons ghee
* 1 cup Sugar
* 2 Whole Eggs
* 6 +2tablespoons Milk
* mixed chopped nuts

Method

Preheat oven at 180 degrees C.Next, sieve together the all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, into a bowl and set aside.In another mixing bowl, using a electric hand blender, whisk together crumbled mawa, butter and sugar for 4 to 5 minutes till the mixture is creamy.To this mixture, add one egg at a time and whisk till well combined and smooth.Now add flour in batches .add 6tbsps of milk . Use rest 2tbsp only if the consistency is very thick.Pour the batter into the prepared pan and even out the top by tapping the pan . Sprinkle nuts on the top .bake it at 180degrees for almost 45mins.let it cool down and then remove from the pan.
