Paneer Cigars

Ingredients

Bread - 10 slices
Mashed paneer - 1 cup
Chopped carrots and peas - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - 2
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp onions - 1(finely chopped)
Amchur- 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste

Method

Sauté pinions in 2 tbsp oil and add green chillies. Add veggies and let them cook for 3-4 mins. Are crumbled paneer to it. Add all spices and salt to it. Mix well. Trim the edges of the bread and flatten it with a rolling pin. Stuff the mix and roll it tightly. Now, stir fry them for 4-5 mins at 200 degree Celsius.
