Take a bowl .M ix all the ingredients except ghee. Just mix all the ingredients well and add ghee slowly while kneading. now make flattened pedas with this mix .don't press too hard. Place these on the baking tray on a parchment paper. keep app 2-inch gap between them as they tend to expand while baking. and place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
