Green pepper mushrooms

Ingredients

Oil - 10 ml
Garlic paste - 10 gm
Sliced onion - 10 gm
Fresh red chilly cut - 5 gm
Button mushroom - 150 gm
Green pepper corn - 5 gm
Crushed black pepper - 5 gm
Jaggery - 3 gm
Salt - 3 gm
Ajinomoto- 2 gm
White pepper powder - 3 gm
Lime juice - 10 ml
Oyster mushroom sauce - 20 ml
Sesame oil - 5 ml
Soya sauce - 5 ml
Sambal sauce - 5 gm
Spring onion - 5 gm

Method

Boil mushrooms. Heat wok add oil , garlic pasta , soya sauce , sesame oil, chilly slice , green peppercorn , sambal sauce, lime juice , salt , white pepper powder, crushed black pepper whole, very light soya sauce , veg oyster sauce. Add boiled mushrooms to the sauce and toss it. Garnish it with spring onion.
