KEY LIME PIE

Ingredients

Egg yolk - 3 nos
Milkmaid - 400 gm
Lime juice - 8 ml
Lime zest - 8 gm
Marie gold - 200 gm
Melted butter - 100 gm

Method

Method :
Crumb Marie biscuit, add melted butter put in a mould and bake it for 5 mins and cool it. Put milkmaid in a double boiler and add egg yolk 1 by 1 and cook it. Once the mixture is ready add lemon zest , lime juice and cool it down.phrrbe lemon mixture in a mould and freeze it . Garnish it with lemon zest and serve it with dry fruit.
