Ingredients

Lemon Vinaigrette

• 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon Juice
• 2 Tbsp green onions sliced
• 1 Tbsp honey
• Pinch of salt
• Freshly ground pepper

Traditional Balsamic Vinaigrette

• 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup quality balsamic vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard
• 2 Tbsp green onions sliced
• Pinch of salt
• Freshly ground pepper

Citrus Vinaigrette

• 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
• Zest of one lemon
• Juice of 1 orange 1 lemon, 1 lime
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1 Tbsp white balsamic
• 1 Tbsp honey
• 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 Tbsp shallot peeled and chopped
• Pinch of salt
• Freshly ground pepper

Tangerine Dressing

• 1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
• 1/4 cup fresh tangerine juice
• 2 tsp honey
• Zest and juice of 1 small lemon
• 1 small clove garlic peeled and chopped
• Pinch of salt
• Freshly ground pepper

Method

Take fruits and vegetables of your choice.
dice them or scoop them.
Choose dressing as per your taste.
whisk nicely and mix well.
enjoy your salad with varied flavours.
