Coleslaw Salad

Ingredients

shredded cabbage-1 cup
grated carrot-1/4 cup
shredded red cabbage-1/2 cup
mayonaise-1 cup
salt to taste
apple cider vinegar-1/4 cup
granulated sugar - 1tbsp

Method

salt the cabbage in a colander and let it stay for some time so that it stays crispy.
Sqeeze it before mixing the dressing
Place all dressing ingredients-mayonaise,sugar,apple cider vinegar in a bowl and wisk well.
Add salt as required.
Pour this dressing over shredded cabbage and carrot.
Toss gently to combine,make sure it is coated evenly,refrigerate for an hour before serving.
