stuffed coconut ladoo

Ingredients

Desiccated Coconut - 1&1/2 Cup
Nestle Milk Powder - 1&1/2 Cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Green Food Colour - 2 Drops
Vanilla Extract-1Tsp
Milk - 1/2 Cup
For Stuffing-
Dry Fruits - 2-3Tbsp
Dates - 10-12
Tootifruiti - 2-3Tbsp

Method

First of all we will prepare stuffing.
Grind all the dry fruits
remove the seeds of dates and add Tootifruiti to the dry fruits.
Grind all the ingredients.
In a bowl, add coconut, milk powder and Powdered sugar.
To this, add green food colour, vanilla extract and little by little milk and knead softly to make a smooth dough.
Now take a small ball sized dough on your palm and flatten it.
Take small part of dates dry fruits mixture and keep it on the centre of the dough.
roll this to a smooth ball .
Take some dry coconut in a bowl and roll it on the laddu.
In the same way prepare all the laddu.
Keep the laddu in refrigerator for half an hour. After that cut them from the centre and garnish with Cashews and Almonds and serve.
