Ingredients

Maida-200gms
Rawa-50gms
Milk-500ml
Sugar-1kg
Saffron-a pinch
saunf-1 tbsp

Method

1.Take sugar in a pan,add milk,water and boil it to a thick consistency.
2.Milk gets the impurities on the surface and should be removed.
3.Once the sugar syrup has thickened,add a bit of saffron to it.
4.Make a semi-thick batter with maida,rawa and milk.
5.Heat oil in a flat bottom pan,put the batter with a laddle and fry it till golden brown.
6.Put the malpuas in the sugar syrup,strain and serve it.
