1.Heat ghee in a thick bottomed kadhai and roast the whole wheat flour in it.
2.Keep stirring while roasting so that there is an even roasting and browning,
3.Keep roasting till the colour changes and starts leaving ghee from sides.
4.Switch off the flame.
5.Add khoya,sugar and dry fruits to it and mix very well with a spatula.
6.Break sugar lumps if any.
7.Make pinnis while the mixture is hot.
8.When done store in an airtight container.
