Spicy Foxnut

Ingredients

Foxnuts – 1 cup
ghee – 2 tsp
Sendha namak – as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves-a few
Groundnut-1/4 cup
Cashew (optional)

Method

Heat ghee in a pan.Saute curry leaves for few seconds.Add sendha namak,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,cumin seeds powder.Add moongphali and cashews to it and roast well. Now add makhanas/foxnuts to it and mix on slow flame it all spices cover them well. Let it cool .Munch during navratras whenever you want.
