SWEET POTATO CUTLETS

Ingredients

• 300 gmSweet potato
• 1/4 cup Grated lauki
• 2 tablespoon Cashew powder
• 1 teaspoon Roasted cumin seeds
• 1 green chilly (finely chopped)
• 2 tablespoon Chopped cilantro leaves
• Sendha namak
• 2-3 tablespoon Oil/Ghee
• 1 - 2 tablespoon Kuttu Flour

Method

Boil sweet potatoes .Peel and mash them.Mix all the other ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be little goey so grease your hands and shape the mixture into tikkis.Shape as you desired.Heat ghee/ oil in a pan and shallow fry it untill brown and crisp. Serve hot.
