Sieve flour,cinnamon powder well.
Add melted butter and rub flour with uour fingertips.
Stir in raisins and keep aside.
Mix together milk, water,sugar,vinegar and soda bi carb.
Add milk mixture to the flour and beat well.
Grease a7" cake tin and dust with flour.
pour the mixture in the tin
crush the almonds with a rolling pin , mix jaggery with the crushed almonds and sprinkle on the top
bake at 180C for 40 minutes or till done
cool for 5 mins before removing the cake
