Koshimbir salad

Ingredients

Cucumber-1
Bell pepper-1/2each
Onion-1
Tomato-1
Tofu-100gms
Curry leaves-1sprig
Mustard seeds-1tsp
Green chilli-1
Groundnut powder-2tsp
Salt
Oil for frying

Method

Cut all the veggies into cubes and mix well.
for tampering..heat oil add mustard seeds to it.
Once it starts crackling, add curry leaves, green chilli to it.
Add salt as per taste and add to salad bowl.
Add 2tsp groundnut powder and mix well.
Your health package is ready to eat.
