Ingredients

Eggplant-1/2 medium size
Garlic-2cloves
Tahini-3tbsp( sesame+garlic+olive oil)
Olive oil-3tbsp
Lemon-1

Method

Roast eggplant on a gas or a grill.
Remove its peel without using water.
Take out its seeds. Put it in a mixer.
Add 2 cloves of garlic, tahini, olive oil, eggplant and make it into smooth paste.
Drizzle some lime juice over it and enjoy it with homemade lavash crackers.
