palak paneer parantha

Ingredients

• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
• Amchur powder - 1 tsp
• Salt - to taste.
• Butter - 2 tsp
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Paneer - 1 cup(grated)
• Chilly powder - 1 tsp
• Garlic(chopped) - 1 tsp

Method

Wash the spinach thoroughly and keep it on a newspaper for few hours to dry.Now chop it very finely and In a bowl add chopped garlic, butter, salt, amchur powder, garam masala powder, chilli powder. mix this masala and add spinach.and grated paneer to it, mix this and divide them into equal portions.Now,divide Wheat flour dough also in equal portions, now, take a small ball of dough., Flatten it with your palm and stuff mixture into it. Seal the sides well.Flatten it .Dust some flour and with rolling pin ,roll it like chapati and place it on hot tawa.Cook from both sides well. Brush with ghee /oil.
Serve this with curd, pickle.
