Dark rum- 90 ml
Fresh lime juice- 30 ml
Sugar syrup- 15 ml
Grenadine- 1 barspoon
Angostura bitters-3 dashes
Soda water- 1 splash
Method
HOW TO MAKE THE PLANTER’S PUNCH COCKTAIL
1. Add all the ingredients into a shaker with ice, and shake vigorously.
2. Strain into a Collins glass over crushed ice.
3. Top with a splash of soda water.
4. Garnish as you like
