Take a deep bowl and knead dough with t given ingredients with lukewarm water. Cover it woth a clean wet cloth and keep it for two hours, Meanwhile prepare the stuffing. Take another bowl, Mix mashed patatoes, green chilli, Red chilli powder, garam masala, ajwain and coriander leaves well. Now take a ball from the dough. Roll it a bit using your hands only in a circlular motion and stuff aloo mixture in it, close it and press it between the palms. now roll it with a rolling pin using little dry flour. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top .Put it in the tandoor. Don't forget to brush water over kulchas, YOu can make them on tava also. Cook from boandth the sides. Spread some butter.
