China to Chandini Chowk:
Mix all grated vegetables for making balls. Add eggs, ginger garlic paste, cornflour ,salt and pepper to it.Make small balls and deep fry these balls and keep them aside.Now, for sauce heat oil. saute garlic in it until brown. Add chopped onions. add ketchup, red chilli paste in it . Saute it for some time. Add vinegar, sugar and a pinch of salt . Mix cornflour in 1 cup of water and add to the sauce and cook until thickens. Keep stirring slowly. Add balls to it and let the sauce coat the balls nicely. Serve immediately.
